It is our goal at Kountry Kids to have quality items. Since each item is handmade, please understand there may be slight variations in each individual piece.
 
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay this way. The item you ordered will not be made/shipped until payment is received. If we do not receive payment within 3 days, orders will be cancelled. Please email us if you have questions concerning our payment policies!
 
Delivery
All of our items are handmade and designed by Kountry Kids. We may have some styles and sizes in stock. Those items will be shipped within 3 days after receipt of payment. Sizes not in stock can normally be made and shipped within 2 weeks after receipt of payment. We will let you know if your purchase is in stock after your order. If you need to know if an item is currently in stock before you order, feel free to send us an email!

*Once packages are turned over to USPS, Kountry Kids is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Refunds and Exchanges
We do accept exchanges and refunds. We are proud of our products and their quality. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days and we will do our best to please you. If we do agree on a return or exchange, your purchase price will be refunded minus shipping costs. Please contact us with any problems so we can come to an agreement. All refunded or exchanged merchandise must be in new unworn conditon.
